SERENDIPITY: 2015 SPARKLING TRUTH

Chardonnay is one of the most popular grapes used in sparkling wines, and Serendipity dooes a sparkling Chardonnay in the traditional method. It's called Sparkling Truth and it's pretty fantastic!
Tasting Notes:
With a clean, floral nose and crisp minerality with balanced acidity, this elegant BC bubble offers flavours of granny smith apple, almond/marzipan, creamy lemon tart, sweet pastry, mandarin and pear. It offers a luscious mousse with an elegant mouthfeel and generous length.

If you’re a fan of Chardonnay, you’ve surely tried the always popular “peaches and cream” style Chardonnay.This is a wine of notable complexity, lush body and with a lingering, creamy finish.
Tasting Notes:
The senses are immediately captured with a lovely nose of magnolias, pineapple and honey buttered brioche leading to an opulent palate of pears, honeydew melon, cedar, and slate. A delightful wine with a fruit forward structure draped in a beautiful overlay of warm, creme brulee notes.
Little Engine Wines: 2019 Gold Chardonnay

A classic. If you’re looking for a classic, rich Chardonnay filled with French Oak barrel fermentation, the Gold Chardonnay from Little Engine Wines is a wonderful representation of a Naramata Chardonnay.
Tasting Notes:
A generous nose of lemongrass, orchard fruits and florals leads to a rich palate of tangerine, apricot and pineapple with notes of butterscotch, honey, cloves and white pepper. The finish is long and balanced by lively acidity. Drink now through 2026.<
