TASTING:
The festivities commence with a wine tasting showcasing the remarkable wines from the Naramata Bench. Mingle with passionate winemakers and savour their creations, gaining insights into the artistry and dedication behind each bottle.
DINNER:
Following the tasting, we will gather for a family-style dinner meticulously crafted by Chef Evan Robertson of Hillside Bistro. Prepare your taste buds for an extraordinary culinary journey, as each course is thoughtfully paired with wines personally selected as the
"Best of the Bench" by MW Siobhan Turner. The selection of 4-5 wine pairings to be served with dinner will be unveiled on the evening itself, as the winning wines are judged and chosen with utmost care.
