Pioneers in Craft Distilling in Penticton, BC since 2005, we, Jorg and Anette Engel, invite you to visit our boutique-style tasting room and patio while touring this world-class wine region.

We are proud to offer our award winning spirits, brandies, and liqueurs, handcrafted from local Okanagan-grown fruit and wine, distilled following European techniques and tradition. In our collection, you will find classic Swiss-style Kirsch, Pear Williams, and various other complex fruit-based spirits.

A variety of fruit liqueurs celebrate fresh sun ripened Okanagan cherries, apricots, peaches, or pears.

We are home to the famous and award-winning wine brandy, “Lady of the Cask”, aged in oak barrels since 2010. She won 3 times the award “Best in Class” at the Canadian Artisan Spirit Competition, awarded as the best brandy in Canada in 2020, 2022 and 2024.

Our distillery adds value to agricultural by-products, supporting local fruit and wine producers. We work together with local businesses and non-profit organizations whenever possible to help create a mutually supportive business environment and to promote our incredible region.
